We were thrilled to have Dai and Andora stay with us. They came late Saturday night and we had a great time talking to them about what they have been doing and about what they will be doing in Wales. Dai has a second interview when he goes back to Wales for a job in scientific, medical research and Andora will be teaching languages in a secondary school. They now live in Chepstow, a marvelous small town. They love it. They are terrific.
Sunday morning we went to the Conference Center to hear the Mormon Tabernacle Choir's broadcast of Music and the Spoken word. It was so nice. Dai chose the second row and they were thrilled to be there. Andora was especially happy about this.
Afterwards we went to Memory Grove and enjoyed walking around and enjoying the beautiful day.
We came home and had a meal of Chili Verde Chicken; steamed red potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots; rolls; Caesar's salad; and Chocolate Layered Delight for dessert. They especially liked the chicken and the dessert. They had several helpings of the dessert. Made me so happy.
It was good to come home and have some down time.
We were able to go to Salt Lake and meet our daughter, Chantel, and her family as they were bringing Mason up to start at the University of Utah again. He will live with his brother, Chase.
We hated to see Dai and Andora go Monday morning. But they are on to Lava Hot Springs then to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone and on to Canada to Glen's home. Glen is Dai's brother.
